The Little Zoo that Could

We drove down to Gulf Shores one Saturday morning to go to "the little zoo that could"
It is small but we still had a good time.
There was a tiger show that Jacob really loved.

Waiting for the tiger show to start

Riding at Nonna & Pop's House

About a month ago, we went over to Nonna & Pop's house for lunch one Sunday afternoon.
My camera battery was almost dead so I only got a couple of quick picture of Lance & Jacob riding the four wheelers.

Jacob so excited to be riding

LABOR DAY SLIDE SHOW

See previous post for information regarding Labor Day

Labor Day - Racing all weekend

LABOR DAY WEEKEND
We drove to Gloucester, Virginia
(12 hours driving straight thru - we took 2 days to do it with the kids)

Labor day is always a big racing weekend up there.
We raced on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday nights!

I have tons of pictures to post - I'm going to hit some of my favorites and then attach a slideshow for more pictures.

Where there is dirt....there is a place to race

A couple of cute pics

Here are a couple of cute pictures that I had in my camera.
Jacob now says "cheese" anytime I try to take a picture of him.
He closes his eyes and smiles real big.
Look at the teardrop coming out of his eye!

This is what Addison looks like when I tell Lance to get her ready - no clothes but 2 bows in her hair. (Just kidding - they were playing around that day and daddy put two bows in her hair)

Elmo Live!!

Aunt Lindy (Melynda, my sister) and I took Jacob & Addison to see Elmo Live!!
Waiting for Elmo to come out!

They had fun for a little bit.

Addison really liked the beginning when Elmo first came out.

Then, Addison loved cotton candy more than the show.

She got every bit of it in her mouth
After she finished the bag......

Jacob loved his elmo balloon more than the show.

But, we had a great time and I got some great pictures of them.

I think they had more fun at home playing with the elmo balloon!!

Oh, of course I have to post a picture of big bird

Catching Up

I feel like I'm always playing catch-up.
I now have 2 months of pictures to post.
Lots of things have happened over the past two months.
I've just been too busy to blog about them.
But, I think things have slowed down a little bit (did I actually say that)
I will get everything posted as fast as I can!
